Diagram 1. DRC Office Structure. Susan Queller serves as Director of the DRC with eight positions under her direct supervision. Two of those positions are at an administrative level—Sharon Downs, Associate Director and Melanie Thornton, Director of Project PACE. The other six positions under the supervision of Susan Queller are: Justin Hicks, Office Manager/Access Technician; Betsy Domingue, Interpreter/Transcriber Coordinator; Katie Becker, Interpreter/Transcriber; Pam Wilson, Interpreter/Transcriber, Amy Hebert, PEPNet-South Outreach Coordinator; and the Access Consultant, currently vacant. Melanie Thornton supervises one full-time staff person, Cheryl Wilcox, Office Manager for Project PACE.
