One way to provide access to your printed brochures, fliers or handouts, is to create accessible digital versions and post them on your websites. When you create a flier, before it goes to print, upload an accessible version to your web page and add a statement that lets people know where to download the accessible version.

If you don’t have the document available online, a statement like this one should be added:
This document is available in alternative formats upon request by contacting (name) at (phone number and email).
